The process
From first contact to filed return, in four steps
Everything online, one dedicated expert, and a fixed price agreed before any work starts.
The whole engagement, in four numbers
The four steps in detail
- Step 01
Tell us about you
Send the free assessment form. Your dedicated expert reviews it before any work starts.
The assessment form asks about your situation and costs nothing. Your expert reads it personally and you get a reply within one business day — what applies to you, and a fixed quote. If software would serve you better than we would, we say that instead.
What the form asks about
- Income & canton
- Equity & RSUs
- Assets abroad
- Family & permit
- Tax at source
- Step 02
Upload securely
Share your documents through the encrypted client portal, from anywhere.
Your client portal organizes documents into the same categories as the Swiss tax return, so you always know what is still missing. Upload from anywhere; nothing is sent by email.
Your portal, organized like the return itself
- Salary & other income
- Bank & securities
- Pension & pillar 3a
- Insurance & medical
- Property
- Debt interest
- Deductions & expenses
- Foreign income & assets
- Step 03
We prepare your return
Your expert completes the filing and checks every deduction you're entitled to.
A named senior expert prepares the return — every deduction you are entitled to, equity and foreign assets included. Questions come to you in English, once, collected — not as a drip of one-line emails.
Checked line by line, not just the flat allowances
- Pillar 3a
- Commuting
- Further education
- Insurance premiums
- Debt interest
- Donations
- Step 04
Review & file
You approve online — we submit to your canton and handle the follow-up.
Filing is not the end of the engagement: months later the tax office sends its assessment, and we compare it line by line with what was filed before the objection window closes.
- 01You approve the finished return online
- 02We file it with your canton
- 03The filed copy appears in your portal
- 04When the assessment arrives, we check it against the return
How long it takes
Days, not months — counted from complete documents
The canton then takes its own time to process the filed return — and when its assessment arrives, checking it is part of the engagement.
The other half of the process
What you never have to do
Travel to an office
The whole engagement is remote — upload, review, approval and filing. Your documents move through the portal, not across a desk.
Sit alone with a German letter
Anything the tax office sends lands in your portal, and we tell you what it means and what happens next — in English.
Watch a meter run
No hourly billing. The price is fixed before any work starts, and the quote is the invoice.
Already have a tax advisor?
Switching from a Big 4 firm is straightforward
If your employer covered your first Swiss return and that arrangement has ended, you do not need to start over. Send us the return you already have and we take it from there.
Send last year’s return
It tells us your position, your deductions and your open items — no starting from scratch.
Keep the same senior expert
One named advisor picks up your file and stays with it, year after year.
Nothing re-explained
We carry forward the positions already taken and flag anything we would handle differently.
Free assessment — no obligation
Tell us your situation
A senior Swiss tax expert reads it personally and replies within one business day with a fixed price for your return.

Emanuel Flury
Founder & Senior Tax Consultant
Your return is prepared by a named senior consultant who stays with your file — not passed down to junior staff.
